My daughter Terri and I moved to the Arbors of Findlay last year. My daughter Terri is in a wheelchair and we have found the Arbors to be very handicapped accessible. The Maintenance man responds quickly to maintenance requests. Service was timely and done correctly. Living at the Arbors is maintenance free.

The Arbors office provides excellent services from faxing and copying to package acceptance. They also offer convenient rent payment options and Valet Dry Cleaning. The Arbors even cooks a “Take Home” meal once a year for the residents.

During the winter snowstorms the Manager checked on all of the residents to make sure we were all right and didn’t need anything. Snow removal was done promptly and even the sidewalks were done early.

The Arbors is a peaceful quiet place to live. Terri and I plan to stay as long as the Arbors will have us.

We recently moved to Arbors of Findlay from out of state and needed extra time to look for a permanent residence. We are so happy that our first move was to the Arbors. It is conveniently located to shopping and services in Findlay, but far enough away not to have to live in the busy areas of town.

The apartments are well laid out, spacious and have two important elements – a garage and a washer and dryer hook-up right in the apartment. In the 8 months we have lived here we have only had to call for maintenance once, and the response was incredibly fast. We even considered staying renters here during our entire stay in Findlay, but because we are unsure of how long our stay here will be, we did decide to purchase a home.

We will definitely miss the people from the complex as well as the many amenities that are offered. It’s great to be able to drop off and pick up your dry cleaning at the office and get together with other residents for an occasional lunch out.
