One-bedroom suites feature a single bathroom with a full tub and shower, while all two-bedroom suites have two full bathrooms.  Through a French Door in each suite, each resident can enjoy the privacy of the outdoors from a ground-level patio or upper-level balcony area.

In August 2008, ownership of Winchester Woods changed hands. The new owners engaged Granite Property Management, one of Ohio's premier multi-family property management companies, to manage Winchester Woods.
